Roasted Red Pepper and Feta Dip: A hearty, creamy, roasted red pepper feta dip made with yogurt, onion, garlic, parsley and a long hot pepper for just the right mildly spicy kick! Served with home-made flaxseed crackers $18
Harumaki (Japanese Spring Rolls): These classic spring rolls feature a delicious filling of mixed vegetables & vermicelli rice noodles. Oven baked and perfectly golden & crispy! Served on the beaded mixed green salad with a home made spicy ginger-cilantro soy sauce vinaigrette on the side. $22
Eggplant Dengaku : This delicious, classic Japanese dish consists of a steamed than char-grilled sliced eggplant scored and brushed with a homemade sweet and savory miso glazed sauce. Sprinkled with sesame seeds and served with seasonal simmered vegetables $28
Yakitori: Grilled chicken skewers made from bite sized pieces of chicken, glazed in a house-made Tare- a savory yakitori sauce, served with rice, on a bed of mixed greens, homemade pickles, a charred long hot spicy pepper! Originating in Japan during the Meijii period (1880s-1890s), Yakitori is a traditional and one of the most popular Japanese dishes in the country! $32
