We wanted to recreate an authentic Enoteca here on Staten Island that we experienced when traveling around Italy. 

Enoteca Maria will serve small plates of Italian foods prepared by ladies from different regions of Italy. The cooks have a passion for cooking authentic local dishes from recipes that have been passed down from generation to generation. A large selection of Italian wines will be offered by the flight, glass or bottle.
